Clients begin by selecting their desired branding bundle.

Packages range from $3,000–$7,500, depending on the scope and level of brand development required.

Once a package is selected, the client will:

• Complete the Branding Inquiry Form

• Receive onboarding instructions and next steps via email

This allows our team to fully understand the client’s vision, goals, and brand direction.

After onboarding:

• Payment is processed (paid in full or via approved payment plan)

• Payment arrangements are discussed and finalized with the assigned Project Manager

Important Payment Notes:

• The Jump Starter Package and Brand Makeover Package require payment in full prior to production day

• Payment plans are accepted; however, final payment is due no later than one week before production day

• Special arrangements may be discussed with our Project Manager, Nikkia, when necessary

Projects are not scheduled or initiated until payment terms are confirmed.

Once payment is confirmed, we begin creative strategy sessions, which may include:

• Brand positioning & messaging

• Visual direction & brand alignment

• Content planning and execution strategy

Sessions are typically conducted via Zoom, with occasional in-person meetings when applicable.

Our creative team begins the brand-building process, which may include:

• Logo design and refinements

• Brand kits & visual identity systems

• Brand guidelines

• Mood boards / mood bars

• Brand assets & supporting visuals

This phase lays the foundation for all future brand execution.
