These policies exist to protect both our clients and our creative team while ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

PAYMENTS & FEES

    •    All projects require a signed agreement and confirmed payment prior to initiation

    •    Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

    •    Late or missed payments may result in project delays

    •    Final payments must be received before any final assets are released

REVISION POLICY

    •    Each package includes a defined number of revision cycles

    •    Revisions are limited to reasonable creative adjustments aligned with the original scope

    •    Excessive revisions or scope changes may result in additional fees

Please note: revisions can take up to 40 hours or up to one week, depending on complexity and volume.

CONTENT DAY / PRODUCTION DAY POLICY

    •    Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared

    •    A late arrival fee may be applied if delays impact scheduled production time

    •    Time lost due to client tardiness is not guaranteed to be made up

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

    •    Rescheduling requests must be made within the agreed notice window

    •    Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply

    •    Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited deposits or payments

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

    •    Provide timely feedback and approvals

    •    Submit required materials, information, and assets on schedule

    •    Maintain clear communication throughout the project

Delays in communication may affect timelines and delivery dates.

CREATIVE OWNERSHIP

    •    All creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Storey Creative Agency until final payment is received

    •    Upon completion, clients receive rights to use their finalized assets for business and marketing purposes

SCOPE OF WORK

Any requests outside the agreed package scope may require:

    •    A revised agreement

    •    Additional fees

    •    Extended timelines

WEB DESIGN SERVICES POLICY

    •    Web design services include only the pages, features, and functionality outlined in the selected package or agreement

    •    Any additional pages, integrations, or features requested outside of scope may require:

    •    A revised timeline

    •    Additional fees

    •    A separate agreement

LOCAL DEVELOPMENT & STAGING PROCESS

    •    All websites are developed in a local or staging environment prior to going live

    •    This allows for quality assurance, functionality testing, and client review

    •    The site will not be launched publicly until:

    •    Final payment is received

    •    Final approval is provided by the client

This process protects both parties by ensuring accuracy, performance, and brand alignment before launch.

CLIENT CONTENT & WEBSITE MATERIALS

Clients are responsible for providing:

    •    Website copy (unless copywriting is included in the package)

    •    Images, logos, brand assets, and legal text (privacy policies, disclaimers, etc.)

Failure to submit required materials may:

    •    Delay project timelines

    •    Result in placeholder content being used

    •    Require additional fees if extended development time is needed.

WEBSITE REVISIONS

    •    Website revision cycles are limited to those included in the package

    •    Revisions must align with the originally approved design direction

    •    Structural changes after approval may be considered new work and billed accordingly

WEBSITE LAUNCH & CLIENT PROTECTION

To protect the client:

    •    Final walkthroughs are provided prior to launch

    •    Clients are given an opportunity to review functionality and layout

    •    Storey Creative Agency is not responsible for:

    •    Hosting outages

    •    Third-party platform changes

    •    Issues caused by client edits after handoff

CLIENT SUBMISSION & COMMUNICATION POLICY

REQUIRED INFORMATION & QUESTIONNAIRES

    •    Clients must complete all required onboarding forms, questionnaires, and submissions within the specified timeframe

    •    Delays in providing information may result in:

    •    Project delays

    •    Rescheduled production days

    •    Extended timelines without penalty to the agency

Timely submission allows our team to execute with clarity and efficiency.

CLIENT FEEDBACK & APPROVALS

    •    Feedback and approvals must be submitted within the agreed review window

    •    Delayed feedback may impact delivery dates

    •    Extended inactivity (14+ days) may result in project pause and rescheduling fees

OFFICE HOURS & COMMUNICATION

STANDARD OFFICE HOURS

Storey Creative Agency office hours are:

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    •    All standard communication, meetings, and project updates occur within these hours

    •    Messages received outside of office hours will be addressed on the next business day

EXTENDED HOURS & RUSH REQUESTS

    •    Additional hours, rush projects, or after-hours work must be approved in advance

    •    Extended availability, expedited timelines, or weekend work may require additional fees

    •    All expectations and timelines will be discussed and confirmed prior to execution

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL

    •    All payments for:

    •    Classes

    •    Workshops

    •    Masterclasses

    •    Educational sessions

are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions.

    •    No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for:

    •    Missed sessions

    •    Scheduling conflicts

    •    Failure to attend

This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our educational offerings.

PAYMENT FINALITY & NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

    •    All payments made to Storey Creative Agency are non-refundable once work has commenced

    •    Deposits and payments secure time, resources, and creative allocation

    •    Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed services

GOOD FAITH & MUTUAL RESPECT POLICY

Storey Creative Agency commits to:

    •    Acting in good faith

    •    Communicating transparently and professionally

Clients are expected to:

    •    Communicate respectfully

    •    Honor agreed timelines

    •    Participate actively in the creative process
